Terms of Use

Effective Date: November 2026

By subscribing to and accessing BlackFriday Copilot ("the Service", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to our forensic data tools, stock alerts, and coupon optimization services. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

BlackFriday Copilot is strictly a data extraction, analysis, and alerting utility. We provide historical pricing data and stock availability based on public merchant databases. We do not process physical retail orders or make purchases on your behalf. The final decision to execute a purchase on a third-party retailer's website rests entirely with you. We hold no liability for financial decisions, inventory fulfillment, or post-purchase dissatisfaction.

2. Third-Party Merchants & Account Standing

Our infrastructure queries public store APIs safely and independently. However, your interactions with third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy) are governed by their respective terms of service. We are not liable if a third-party retailer delays your shipping, cancels your order, or suspends your personal store account due to your own purchasing behavior or the use of unauthorized automated checkout scripts alongside our alerts.

3. Network & Infrastructure Limitations

Our 24/7 Sniper module is designed to dispatch alerts the millisecond a product restocks. However, we cannot control external network infrastructure. We assume no liability for missed purchasing opportunities resulting from:

  • Latency or delivery failures caused by your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
  • SMS delivery delays originating from your mobile carrier.
  • Interruptions, throttling, or localized outages on your personal internet connection.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

To ensure system stability and fair access for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without eligibility for a refund:

  • Account Sharing: Distributing your login credentials to multiple individuals across disparate IP addresses.
  • API Abuse: Reverse-engineering our API endpoints or utilizing automated bots to flood our servers with auditing requests.
  • Commercial Reselling: Scraping our proprietary data to resell it to third parties or operating a commercial dropshipping enterprise. This service is licensed for individual consumer use.

5. Subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Access to the Copilot Engine is provided via a month-to-month subscription. Our order process is conducted securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all global tax compliance, payment processing, and related customer service billing inquiries. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's respective terms of service regarding financial transactions.

6. Contact & Support

For inquiries related to your account or these Terms of Use, please contact our support desk at: help@blackfridaycopilot.com.
