At BlackFriday Copilot, we are committed to protecting your privacy with the same rigor we apply to our forensic data analysis. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and safeguarding of your personal data. We operate under a strict commitment: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and basic profile information strictly to authenticate your account and provide access to the Copilot dashboard.
- Notification Data: If you utilize our 24/7 Sniper module, we store the contact information (such as email) provided specifically to dispatch time-sensitive stock alerts.
- Service Usage Data: We log product URLs and public store links submitted to our engine to generate forensic charts and continuously optimize our machine learning models.
2. Sensitive Data Processing
To ensure enterprise-grade security and mitigate risk, we intentionally offload sensitive data handling to globally certified infrastructure providers:
Billing & Payments
All transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your credit card details, billing address, and financial data never touch or reside on our servers.
